They get one star because they will not answer the phone. Called them for a week straight,multiple times a day and they will not answer. i just dont understand. Is there nobody working in the office?

Glass creek started off as a nice place to call home. We moved here in 2020 and never really had too many major issues until last summer. Our air conditioning went out in August during the heat waves and it was miserable. No one seemed to care the maintenance worker had a nasty attitude as if I didn’t know how our apartment cools. I have lived here just over a year. It was great the first 6 months. Ever since they had that fire the complex has gone down hill. They took over a month to fix my ice maker. That still doesn't work. It snowed and no one put ice melter down. The neighbors above us always stomping and nothing gets done about it. The neighbors next to us yell at all hours of the night. Wake my wife up. I'm so ready to move out of this place. I wouldn't recommend anyone come live at glass creek.
