I think G has evolved not only as a chef but as a restauranteur. Glass and Vine is an exciting new experience with old friends and some new friends like Emilio. The quality of the food and the experience has remained but he has taken us from 90s nostalgic comfort food to NEO-Local Fusion. Happy to be in Miami during this amazing surge in artistic eatery.
