I had a wonderful experience dealing with glass America. Ron who is my installer was on time and extremely knowledgeable and courteous. When he installed the glass in my Volvo the rain sensor didn't work. Most people would've let it go at that, instead, he recommended a different brand of glass and came back the following week and reinstalled the glass in my car. bingo! the rain sensor works I would highly recommend glass America to all my friends and of course I will always use them in the future. Thanks Glass America!!!
The tech replaced my broken windshield. He did a great job and was friendly. Overall the company was fantastic.

I called at 11:00am and my passenger window was taken care of by 3:30pm on a 6 year old car! and they came to my house! Shawn was fast and very courteous and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They even cleaned up the glass off the sidewalk that fell out. They have my recommendation.
My tech was named Steve, and he came right in and knocked out my windshield in no time. I was surprised how fast he came and got finished. I was not or stuck at home waiting, he called and said he was on his way and got down.
My Tech name was Mike and he is a awesome tech. He did a great job, answered all my questions, had everything done within 45 mins, awesome. Explained to me about how long to leave tape on window, and when I can get a car wash (wait 24 hrs). He checked to make sure my wiper sensor to make wipers automatically went on (yes they did). They got the same windshield I had. They got it direct from Mazda manufacturer, so it fits perfectly.
