I would never use again. I was scheduled for Friday morning, finally done Monday evening. They were a no show on Friday and decided to change my appointment without contacting me nor checking on my availability. I was lied to twice. Once I was told they would call me back in 15 minutes. Over an hour later they still hadn't called back. Then a supervisor told me the job was completed. I checked with my daughter and it had not been. My appointment window was between 8am and 12pm. The tech called at 8am to verify he would be at my residence in 30 mins. He had almost finished the windshield replacement before I even realized he was here. Excellent service from the Huntington WV store. Thanks again.
Got an online quote, got the call to confirm & then was told they do NOT service my area when their website said they did & the company is about 10 minutes down the road from my dang house... I was like WTF ... VERY POORLY RAN!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE cause they apparently mislead ya from the word GO!!!
