they make appointments. send confimation. I sat from 0900 to 1800 waiting for someone to show or call. I call back this morning and instead of admitting fault by cancelling route they tried telling me they left a message. and a text. never received either. if you people want to stay in business may I suggest that you don't try to fault the customer but own up to you mistake and fix it. so if you want appointments that people keep, don't use them.

Glass America replaced my windshield but left a mess and a nonfunctioning back up monitor in the rearview mirror. Neither the technician nor the manager will take any responsibility. would not recommend. I should have used Safelite down the block.
