Friendly and efficient! My technician was courteous and punctual! My experience was a great one and the prices were very reasonable.
Very pleased with the service I received with replacing my windshield. Technician was very professional and answered all of my questions and arrived to me when he said Satisfied customer I highly recommend Glass America and would need use them again in the near future if I need to.

Excellent experience. The entire process exceeded my expectations. After wasting over a week with Safelite and having them taking $570 out of my bank account by their admitted error and having NOT performing any work for me (what a nighmare Safelite is) I went to Glass America and I am so glad I did. The price was the best, includes a lifetime warranty on leaks and workmanship and the final product actually looks better than the GM factory windshield that was removed. Shawn from Louisville installed our windshield. He kept in contact with me several times due to the extreme weather conditions but soon as we had sunshine he was right here on time and did a great job. He was very professional and polite. They provided excellent work and an excellent price. We highly recommend them.
