The tech who arrived is named Freddy. I watched him do the whole job and appreciated how experienced he was. He said he has been doing this for 20 years and it showed. The car is 20 years old and the old windshield gasket was brittle. The way he removed it showed he really knew what he was doing. He then cleaned and primed the surfaces and applied the adhesive around the edge of the window hole.
