I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I originally booked for foils and balayage, but I felt pressured into getting a full head of foils instead. I was also repeatedly encouraged to cut my hair when I had clearly said I didn’t want a haircut, and much more hair was cut than I was comfortable with. The appointment took over 5½ hours, and at one point the stylist left during my service to go to the pharmacy while my foils were processing. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Unfortunately, the stylist did not seem to have adequate knowledge or skill for the service requested. I clearly explained what I wanted, but the result was very different and poorly executed. There was a lack of attention to detail, and it felt like the stylist was unsure of the technique.
