I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I originally booked for foils and balayage, but I felt pressured into getting a full head of foils instead. I was also repeatedly encouraged to cut my hair when I had clearly said I didn’t want a haircut, and much more hair was cut than I was comfortable with. The appointment took over 5½ hours, and at one point the stylist left during my service to go to the pharmacy while my foils were processing.
