This is the first and last time I'll visit this place. I don't recommend it. My experience was terrible. They applied tips to my nails and burned four of my fingers with the product. It hurt a lot, and I couldn't stand it under the lamp. I complained, and the person told me that it was supposed to hurt. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I couldn't explain what happened to the receptionist, and I said that if I had any side effects, I would sue. Don't go there.
I am very disappointed to have to give this place a 1 star. This place used to be a 10/10 when Shao was running it. Shao was amazing and literally the most sweetest person ever. I have been coming here since they first opened ever since Shao left and the new owners came, this place went down hill the new owner is so rude and will give you a very dirty look. Save your money and go somewhere else the new owner is disgustingly rude and will give you very dirty looks. I will no longer be coming here.
They are very clean and always willing to accommodate your needs.
Soon after I got my nails done, Sophie left and when I went back and used another technician, it explains why she would have left. The other technicians were talking bad about other technicians and customers, myself included, thinking I didn’t understand them. Needless to say I told them I understood them and never went back again.
It’s taken me years to find a nail technician that slayssss my nails. If you want absolute perfection, go to Elaine. She is sweet, kind and gentle. It’s important for me to have a nail technician that listens to me and doesn’t try to overpower my choice by doing whatever they want to do. I’ve been going to Elaine for 2 years and will never ever go to anyone else. Also! I suggest everyone to switch from gel/acrylic to Aprés nails. They always last 2-3 weeks without breaking!
