In my experience this person was very unprofessional. This was my first experience as a brand new client. I had an appointment for 10:00 am today. At 9:53 am I sent a message to this person asking them if I was at the correct location because the building was locked and nobody appeared to be inside. (Online it says that the business opens at 9:30 am.) She messaged me back and told me that she was running “a few minutes late”. I waited outside the building in my car until 10:25 am. Aronda has been the ONLY person that I will let braid my hair for close to 20 years. She is amazingly talented and the best to take care of all your needs.
