incompetent billing department and impossible to contact with lengthy voice prompts & referrals. never again, i'll go elsewhere.

Their medical care is fine but their business office and billing department are abysmal to deal with!!! They give out incorrect information and fail to answer their phones or return messages. I’ve had an incorrect $30 charge that I have tried to remedy since February to no avail. Despite being “under review” to be recalculated they instead sent it to a collection agency. I’ve now tried for two weeks to get someone to give me a way to fix that and they won’t or can’t!!!
