The recovery after having a baby at St.Peters is terrible. Nobody takes you seriously and a lot of the nurses are miserable! I fell while in the hospital in front of nurses and nobody checked me out. The nurses turned their head. They also left somebody else’s chart in my room with all their information. I could write a book on the horrible things that happened while I was there. I also just got the same bill sent to me twice on the same day. Good thing I pay attention because clearly the billing department does not.

Memorial hospital needs new staffing!! the way my extremely sick husband's was treated by the nurse and doctor Hodson they shouldn't work with anyone!! We've never felt so ignored, mistreated or disrespected. In the end of the nightmare visit they had the nerve to send him home the way he came in and when I looked at the paperwork they said they did tests and gave meds that they didn't. Incompetent, lying and fraudulent!! I will be reviewing the bill with my insurance company

I recommend this hospital for their cardiac care. I'm also hoping I can talk to a patient representative about a few things. who should I call?
