While I have been given the run around by Albany Associates in Cardiology, between last minute reschedules, being hung up on, leaving messages that never get returned and being treated like I was a nuisance I will say that after getting the run around I finally spoke to someone there who seemed to care. One of the nurses, Karen K, is amazing. She treated me like my concerns about my father's health were not trivial and is working to do what she can to assist me in finding a medication he can afford. Every doctor, midwife, anesthesiologist, technician , lactation consultant and food service were exceptional.
