Today I called placed order one large pizza, one small, meatball parm, and small salad, hour later, got everything but the meatball parm, called back because I already paid over the phone, trying to find out what happen, she told me she never charged me, when she mentioned back to me over the phone when I placed the order. Absolutely awful. They told us it would be one hour for delivery, it took almost 2.5 hours. We asked for extra sour cream for our nachos- they came with ZERO sour cream, no blue cheese for the boneless buffalo wings. There was no sauce on the wings. The nachos had an unseasoned, overcooked slab of meat on top of them. I never post negative reviews but this has happened way too many times.

ordered food and over an hour and a half later... we still didn't get the food. sent a screen shot about when we ordered and they refused to cancel the order and refund us.
Placed an online order at 8:06pm as of 9:44pm the delivery still had not arrived. I contacted the establishment with my concerns and even provided a screenshot via text message confirming the time I placed my order. The owner attempted to argue stating the order didnt come through until 9:10 even though the nice woman on the phone showed him the text with the time confirmation that the order was placed at 8:06pm. Very disappointed with their customer service. I will be disputing the charges with my bank!
