Just wanted to say that I just saw your business on channel 3 world news and I have to say " YOU GO GIRL !!!! ". I wish we had a place like yours in Las Vegas, Nevada. I would SO feel more comfortable taking my car to a place ran by women. I have been taken advantage by men mechanics in the past and absolutely do not trust them even today! I love how all the Shecanics attend to my car! They got right to the point about my oil needing changed regularly, and stop waiting so long for the oil to be changed! Thanks again!
I absolutely love this place, everyone was so welcoming and professional. Nothing better as a woman then to get your car repaired, which can be an intimidating experience, at a place where everyone makes you feel comfortable and pampers you while you wait so your anxiety drifts away. The design of the place is sleek and industrial, not what you expect in Delco, you feel like your walking into a high end spa in NY. I might have to run over a nail in the road to have an excuse to go back.
Really enjoyed my visit! Spent more than I expected for an oil change BUT my car is running better than it did after my last oil change!! Did some research and what I spent for what I got was on target! Had no idea my car needed synthetic oil, So no complaints!! Besides that I already made the extra cost back on gas!! I couldn't believe the mileage I was getting!! My gas tank is showing off!! �� I love the concept, I am all for supporting women, I'm so happy I gave them a chance!! I will be back!! ������
I had such a wonderful experience, not something I usually associated with going to the mechanic. Everyone was kind, patient, and shared great info. Will continue to take my car there in the future
I've been waiting for the shop to open to get my car serviced. Nothing was really wrong with it, just general maintenance and a winter check up. I had great service from the first phone call to the intake. Susan is great and very genuine. While I waited, I was even able to get my nails done, as they were interviewing new nail techs!! Such an awesome experience. Very professional outlining any additional services that my car needed and disclosing the price. Allowing me to decide on what services that I wanted prior to beginning to avoid any shock when I paid. The waiting areas are fabulous. Next time I will bring my laptop along with me so that I can catch up on work while I wait.
