No one hates going to the mechanic more than me. Until now! Not only is the experience awesome with a comfortable sitting room (with tv & wifi) but Clutch was awesome. I got a manicure while waiting for my car to finish and it was soooo nice! Then when my car was done, there were no crazy surprises or unexpected expenses. It was truly a great experience. Every single person there had a warm smile and were absolutely lovely. It was so welcoming. I will definitely be back!
Those ladies are very knowledgeable about the Industry. I love that place I'll be back!
Great atmosphere, open communication, comfortable waiting area with many amenities. Amazing complementary coffee!!! That's just my opinion on the setting. My inspection details were thoroughly explained to me, repairs done in a timely manner with competitive prices. I will definitely be returning with any car needs in the future and referring everyone here. Definitely a huge asset to the local area.
I love this concept! Wish there was something like this, in our Greater Hartford CT area!
