Everything was delicious with the exception of the mussels. They could have been cleaned better as they were grainy. However, I would highly recommend the pig face dish as it had a multitude of flavors and was by far my favorite!
It was just okay. Raw and fried oysters were terrific. The tartar was very good. Beef tongue was over-cooked. Service good but not friendly, they're too busy. Nice atmosphere but a little underwhelming if waiting two months for your reservation to roll around.
Great meal, had the tasting. Seemed like we had whole menu. Not a bad dish at all. Can't wait to come back again.

Best meal in a very long time. I was a huge fan of Stephanie while she was on Top Chef and always wanted to taste her creations. We were certainly not disappointed! Everything we ate was fresh and totally inventive, new flavors. Cannot wait to go back!!
