I'm so glad I had a chance to dine here during my visit! The broccoli was great and the pig face was amazing! Dessert was yummy too! A big thank you to Owen for the excellent service!
Loved everything we sat at the chefs table got to interact as they made our food!! Fire roasted oysters, green garlic perogies, goat empanadas, duck tongue, and crispy goat belly with lobster -- all of it perfectly done !!! The service and suggestions from our server Hunter the icing on the cake

Really good Vodka gimlet. Braised beef tongue was underwhelming, I had such high expectations, lacking the bold flavors the restaurant is known for, extremely greasy. Staff was outstanding and attentive. Maybe it was a bad day I hope so!

The food and atmosphere here are amazing. We ate the goat belly, escargot, cauliflower and short ribs. They were fantastic. I will admit I was tentative about the goat belly, but the bourbon caramel sauce with it, wow.... And ended with the very tasty goat cheesecake. New entry on my fav places to go while in Chicago.
Everything was amazing from the ambiance, to the waitstaff and food. We had the goat carpaccio, goat mouse, goat belly, calamari, shishito peppers, grilled octopus, and a surprise complementary shrimp plate. While we did not listen to the advised 4 plates for two people and therefore ate entirely too much food, we left feeling like kings. Their accommodations to food allergies was also an aspect that made this visit that much more special than any other dining experience.
