My understanding is there was an insurance company and another dealership involved in this repair which may have delayed things but does not excuse any lack of communication on our part. I literally walked in with my car and basically nothing,and walked out with my 2016 Ford Focus ( obiwon ) I can say hands down if your looking for great service; someone willing to work with your situation no matter what the case maybe head on down and see Eric Nunez (salesman) and Aaron from financing, they will get the job done right and be there for any need, any worry, any concern to ensure you are one happy customer.
My wife took her car into the auto body shop. There was an issue when she went to pick it up. I thought I would end up having to go in there, but Todd took care of the problem right there and then. My wife said he was very kind and treated her with respect.
My husband and I have purchased about 4 trucks now from Eric Nunez. Our recent purchase with Eric like so many others was a delight.
