A year ago, I swore off from getting my vehicle serviced here due to multiple issues with the service dept. However, my truck developed an issue and I was forced to give Girard another chance. Salesmen was great super easy to work with sold me a great car!
I just purchased an SUV from Girard Ford and am happy to say it was a pleasant experience. I called to make sure the Lincoln Mkx was still available as I had an hour and a half drive to check it out. The SUV was ready and waiting for my test drive when I arrived. Bob was helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. The time I spent there went as smooth as possible. Each individual staff person I encountered made me feel quite at ease. I will be recommending Bob and Girard Ford going forward.
