Excellent professional health team and excellent services.
The Dr is courteous when you do see them. Their front desk staff at 86th St is extremely unprofessional, you can never get through on the phones your on hold forever. I took my boys there to get a physical they wanted to bill me to have the summer camp physical form filled out after I already got billed for 2 visits (doc office visit & lab). They sent my kids labs to an out of network lab which is at cost to me, but they referred me there and the Dr is in my network. So why are you sending patients to a facility that is not.... read more
