Giovanni is the reason that realtors will be obsolete in the near future. I am a Realtor, have been in the realestate industry for over 25 years and have worked with great agents and not so great ones. The bad ones, the disshonest, the poor communicators, those agents stand out. Giovanni is an example of the latter, at least in my experience dealing with him, or trying to do so between his stories, inaccuracies and poor communication. Giovanni presented us with a contract from a buyer who also happened to be a realtor. We later found out that this buyer/realtor also had at least one other offer on Giovanni’s listings! She withdrew her offer/ contract with us and executed a contract on Giovanni’s other listing. We were not advised until very late the following day. Why would Giovanni knowingly engage in an unscrupulous practice such as this? This was a waste of our time, not to mention the emotional stress we suffered.
