Cesar & Luigi are the best maintenance guys I’ve had by far in any apartment building I’ve lived in. So grateful to be at the Gio. Highly recommended!
Luigi and Cesar were amazinggg. I just moved into the building and they helped me with a dishwasher issues, super quick to respond and fix everything. Overall so welcoming, kind, and really accommodating. Honestly like everyone else who works at Gio has been so far
Ceaser & Antonio are so efficient! The maintenance team here at Gio helps you same day - they are at your apartment within an hour depending on what’s going on and they always solve the problem! I love working with them and they are trustworthy and so kind! So lucky to live at gio where they truly care! Our front desk and office staff is also one in a million! I’ve lived here since day one and the staff has been pretty much the same and they’re all fantastic!!!!!!!!
Ms. Asha provided exceptional service during my unit previews. The Gio features vibrant energy and a perfect location. The building offers impressive amenities, Miami skyline & Biscayne Bay views and world-class design, and I’m excited to call it my new home!
