It’s such a shame because this is truly a beautiful building with so much potential. However, after speaking with several residents I personally know who live here, a common concern kept coming up: the electric vehicle chargers have been out of service for quite some time, which is a major inconvenience, especially for owners like me who drive a Tesla. I’ve had only great experiences with the maintenance, concierge and leasing/business office staff. It’s easy to reach them, the response time is quick, they are nice and any issues have been resolved promptly. Steve in maintenance is a pleasure to work with and he, Cesar, David and Antonio have been extremely helpful. Shanice has been like sunshine and has been “on it” and super-helpful since day 1. Had an issue with our air conditioning. Cesar from Bozzuto maintenance showed up, and was excellent. Really trustworthy, and gave great customer service from begging to end.
Service call completed by Akeem today. Technically professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The response time at GIO Midtown is great!
