Ginza was my favorite restaurant in Birmingham- recently something has changed. The food is still good (not great anymore), but the service is HORRIBLE. At my most recent visit, my server “forgot” half of my food that I ordered. Even after forgetting my food- it still look forever just to get my check so I could leave. No one ever came to check on us- nor did it seem to bother them that we had an unpleasant experience.
