I felt so comfortable!!!!! The staff are amazing. Dr.Ginsburg and the new Dr. Chaarani make a great team.

Great spa with an incredible staff! They are all extremely helpful and know about the products to point you in the right direction depending on what you need. Love them!
Wonderful sweet staff and beautiful facility. I felt the Dr. would not fully listen or comprehend what I was trying to tell him. (Was very rushed) We left having had injections that were not needed/wanted. Was told AFTER the fact the insurance would not cover the high cost of the injections. I truly think this visit was about the Dr. making money rather than true care and help of the patient. Be cautious and know your information before you go.
Dr. Ginsburg helped clear my daughters head to toe psoriasis. She had a very severe case and in three months was psoriasis clear! She now has beautiful skin and hair. It is truly a miracle! We are so thankful and appreciate the kind way they treated and continue to treat her. We love Dr. Ginsburg and staff!
I was scheduled for an appointment today at 4:00. Got there on time, only for the office to be closed! Doors locked! I left work early today. No one called to notify me that my appointment was canceled! Although the receptionist I spoke with in person states that I was on the calling list for notification. She was really nice about it and apologized, but I would not like anything like this to happen in the future.
These people LOCKED ME IN THEIR BUILDING. NEVER CAME TO CHECK ON ME! Their only excuse for abandoning me in their building for more than 3 hours was because I used ZOCDOC an entity that they contract with to gather their preadmission information, on line and their consultant did not know I had an appointment. Never mind, they checked me in, took my Co-Pay(never refunded it or offered to refund it) and put me in a room stating the consultant would be with me shortly.
