Interesting experience but good!
I first visited here in 2021 and swore I would return ASAP. I don't know why it took me until 2026 to visit again but I love Ginger! Amazing Vegan Pho and Pad Thai. I had no idea that Ginger was an Ontario wide brand, but the Parliament Street location definitley wins for having the best ambience (especially in the warmer weather months). Delicious food and generous portions. YUM!
Love Ginger on Church and on Yonge however this one just did not have the same “Viet fast food” vibe… the grilled meats were… awful to say the least. No picture included this time because the beef was WAY too greasy (even for a greasy-spoon spot like Ginger), tiny shrimp that, since they were packaged with the beef I got tasted and smelled just like the intoxicating stench of that meat… I febreezed the takeout bag AND my garbage bag and can after throwing the whole thing out.
