Went with my mom she already negotiated a price and we thought we were just going to drive 2hrs to pick her new car up. Got there and the person she negotiated with wouldn’t even help her and a “manger” helped us. He would only make eye contact with me. I told him severally times I wasn’t purchasing a vehicle and wouldn’t be negotiating any price with him and he needed to talk to my mom not me. He refused so disreprestful and rude waste our whole day.

Started out ok...but as of today I still am waiting for them to fix a registration issue that they botched. Siad they would have it taken care of by the end of last week..but nope, nada. No updates, nothing. In addition to that, they sent me an e-quote via email and I sure am glad I brought that with me since they presented me with a full price contract initially. That got sorted out. Also, sent me home without the Owner manual and no windshield wiper fluid...makes me worry about other things being missed. Very disappointed ... read more
