Deceptive sale price. Got deal through shop click drive at the Gilroy Buick GMC dealership and submitted credit application online but they sold the car to someone else and forwarded all my credit information to different dealership without my consent. Be carful at this dealership because your information is not safe. And also “shop click drive” option is a tool to lure customers and nothing more. Very bad experience.
I'm so in love w/ my NEW car 😍 2019 Buick Encore. It would not have been possible w/ out the great service from our sales guy Jared Rojas at Gilroy GMC. He took that extra effort to find the exact car that I wanted and specifics I requested. He made sure our loan process went thru & smoothly. I am so happy and thankful for all the outstanding customer service we received. It is a blessing to finally have a New car & Jared made that possible 😁

yo fui a gilroy buick gmc y me robaron practicamente porq me isieron firmar un contrato q era todo lo cotrario delo q meabian prometido primero medigeron q los pagos serian de 554 pero q sidaba 500 dolares de entre aparte de un carro q lesdege mispagos bajarian a 495 y entoses yo acebte y cundo firme el contrato no cambiaron nada meisieron firmar asi y yo confiado firme y los pagos no los cambiaron nadamas me robaron mi dinero y aora disen q es miculpa porno leer loq firme seaprobechaor q no entiendo ingles

It would amaxing to actually give a call back. I could sit here and tell my whole story over again but I highly doubt they care or are going to do anything about it. They blame other employees for the F up and then say they are new. So what your saying is that its ok for pure crap service if there are new employee??? Seems to me the management here needs to look in the mirror and I hope the owner sees this so they know what they are employing

Deceptive sales practices. They advertised a price on their website but when I went in they claimed it was only valid if I financed through them. I was paying cash. This was after confirming with them the day prior multiple times on the price. Total bait and switch. Go elsewhere.

Thanks Gilroy Buick Gmc for selling me one of your "certified cars" 2 months I've had it and so far replaced turbo, both headlights,warped rotors (neither were covered under warranty) and now driving home from Vegas in 112° with windows down cuz air conditioner isn't working. THANKS A LOT!!! WILL NEVER BUY OR REFER ANYONE THERE!!!!!
