Overall service was okay however the timeliness was not well managed with updates provided only when asked
We came to Gillman Honda Fortbend to buy a 2021 Honda Odyssey Elite and The salesperson @ken eborka took awesome care of us from the moment he saw us arriving at the property. He is very knowledgeable and explained to us the car features in detail. During price negotiation he kept it very cordial and we never felt pressured.
This is the second time we’ve been to Gillman Honda Fort Bend and like last time we were not disappointed. We have a Honda dealership much closer, but we happily drive an extra 30 minutes for the service at Gillman. Andres was a great help and had a loaner vehicle ready for us when we got to the dealership! Our Honda Pilot had 2 recalls, which only took a couple of hours to fix. Do not buy a car from Gillman. My family has been a loyal customer at Gillman. This would have been the 5th purchase from Gillman. They did not want to give me a trade amount on my vehicle. The general manager was rude. The sales director was also rude. They did not want a to make a deal. There lost.
