I am forwarding you an email that was sent to the Sales Manager at your Rosenberg dealership. I met with Marissa and the manager of your service department on Monday afternoon. Sought out all options and then sealing the deal with Mr. Don and the GM and there we were, 0 mileage 2020 Honda Civic. I definitely won't be going back to this dealership. i purchased a 2021 Touring 2.0 a week ago and it's been in the service department more than I've had it. Yesterday they pretty much told me that there's some new recall that Honda was unaware of but basically there's not a fix and unless i keep the gas tank at 85% or higher my check engine light will be on so basically just deal with it.
