I think Raffy is his name, He did let feel at home, we are from another state, and just visiting our Son who works in Houston. He gave a very excellent service and convey to us what else need to be done with our CRV. Thank you for an excellent service
Nope. Sales and finance is nice but sold us a car they were trying to get rid of. They add on charges for cleaning the car and renewing it or whatever, but all they did was clean and wax the outside. After the first wash we found huge scratches on the roof off the car. Drivers door handle is loose.
Even though it took longer than they said service was provided as I requested and everyone was awesome.
I recommend their car service, and special mention to Raffy for his excellent service. Definitely, I will comeback again to avail his service. Thanks.

What could be approved on this dealership is that don't promise a customer that you've been approved and making them come up with the $500 down payment and get told drive off a vehicle that 3 days later or by the way we're going to need that vehicle bad because we can't close the deal based on the bank they're going to need a cosigner or someone with better credit or whatever the case may be for example Monday night my wife and I go to this dealership at the Gilman Honda and next you know after like several cars that salesma... read more

We where approved for a pilot. Then we show up and the story changed. This is the reason I dislike car dealership. What a joke!
