Never answers emails or messages. I met face to face with Dominic, the finance manager, in June and was assured my issue was being resolved. This after 18 months of the run around. Great cars, but dodgy people. Stay away.

The New location is awesome. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The service representative was Raffy. He was very diligent, informative and professional while maintaining a good attitude. Great customer service.
Such a huge Honda dealership in Fort Bend County. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and again when the salesperson opened the door for me. It’s massive and I highly recommend Gillman Honda Fort Bend.

Excellent service department and the nicest and most helpful sales personnel and so many say its because of their general manager, who helped me with my car. He is smart, authentic and will give you the best deal he can. He wants the business.
My appointment was for 11:00am for an oil change. They were 50 minutes late starting and finished around 12:15 . This really interrupts my day and hopefully on future visits that Gillman will more respect for a customers time.
I came in to purchase a lexus rc they had. Everything went smooth we agreed on a price and started paperwork and finished. Afterwards me and my salesperson went out to put the temp tag on. I noticed a very large dent on the hood. This was clearly not there before, i did a thorough visual inspection on the vehicle before. I am very upset that this occured in the time i was filling out paperwork. My salesperson just apologized and said they couldn't do anything.
