Customer Service is alive and well Although dental care is a bit pricey, the folks at PRD are so outgoing and friendly. I actually "enjoy" going to the dentist. Not only do you get quality care, you get treated with courtesy, compassion and a touch of humor! For me...they offer the complete package. I had a cold sore erupt yesterday that I had treated with laser therapy at 10 am yesterday. It was barely visible by 3pm. Today, you can hardly detect where it was!
