I brought my 2016 Ford Fusion to Wendle Ford for help with battery drainage and headlights that stay stuck on while driving—even when switched off. Instead of diagnosing the actual electrical issues I reported, they told me the problem was the gearbox and charged me $1,400 to replace it. Unfortunately, that repair did absolutely nothing to fix the original problems. Witt auto had my car for 5.5 weeks to put in a new engine. I had purchased the extended warranty to cover things like this but they took over 3 weeks to “negotiate” with the warranty company on which engine to buy and when they purchased and even installed the wrong engine(did not have automatic start capabilities) they had to order a new one and they made me pay for the shipping on the second engine because warranty only covered shipping once. This is for the body shop-2 different experiences-AWFUL. Each time I dealt with the managers/the guys in charge. Each of them were angry and annoyed. I asked a few questions about rewards and they were just mean. On top that, the last time they did not tighten something so I had to take it to be tightened. They were also more expensive than my normal place.
