What a disgrace! After waiting 2 plus weeks for a teenager to go on birth control they texted they had to cancel her appointment as no doctor would be available! Why because to can get more money in a surgery? This teenager was a first time patient wanting birth control! Shame on you! You should be sued if she gets pregnant as your first available not is a month and a half away! What the hell is wrong with you!
I’ve been a patient of Dr Nambisan for 8 years now. When she left the practice in 2021 I followed her to her new practice, that’s how much I liked her and trusted her as my doctor. HOWEVER, the office has a new policy of basically (3 strikes you’re out) if you do not cancel your appt 24 hours in advance or show up late 3 times they drop you from practice. Many things to say but I'll be short. Dealt with something unfortunate and the Dr seemed cold and not caring at all of my situation I felt rushed. On other occasions I've made annual appointments with time in advance because they're quite booked. A week before my appointment I receive a text the Dr will not be in and to reschedule. Yeah no thanks, this was an indication to go somewhere else.
I reached there 10 min earlier than my appointment……nurse call me in 10 minutes but I wait for the doctor almost 50 minutes……room AC was off and also there was no window I feel suffocated there..
The bedside manner is so poor, I’d give less than 1 star. The medical assistants in office are rude in person & have made numerous errors during my prenatal care… from missed lab orders, incorrect referral forms to other providers for ultrasounds & blood work, it has been a nightmare my entire pregnancy. They treat you so poorly you would think they are doing this for free, not billing my insurance thousands of dollars for this subpar care.
