5 star Customer Service The owner of this watch sales and repair facility showed complete knowledge of my 50 plus year old Rolex datejust. I entered the store and showed him my watch and described the symtoms of why the watch was not operational. Mr. Gilian dove into my watch, told me why it was not working and corrected it for me. OMG! These people are FANTASTIC I thought that service was completely a thing of the past. Not where I just took my $12,000 Rolex to be repaired. Mr. Gilian, the owner was fantastic. My watch is running again perfectly, and looks like the day I bought it. His price was very resonable and he took less than a week to get it done.

Rolex service that rocks! My husband and I got our Rolexes about five years ago from Devon's. Last year my husband's watch stem failed and he sent it in for service through Devon's--six weeks later and just over $600. service later, it was still running fast. I googled "rolex repair sacramento", read the review and told him to go to Gilian's. They were fantastic! Immediately determined it was magnetized and they demagnetized it right on the spot! I will always be a customer now..... I took my Rolex watch (only 5 years old) to a "chain store" specialing in Rolex Repair. I was told it would cost $650.00 to repair. I was also told that it needed to be cleaned, and several parts were necessary to make it work again. They would not tell me what parts were needed unless I paid them $75.00. I went a few blocks down the street to Gilian's Watch & Jewelry Service. Great Service After several attempts to repair my Rolex in the Sacramento area, Gilian's is where I should have gone in the first place. Not only do they stock original parts, my watch runs better than the day I bought it. I feel really at ease with Mr. Gilians knowelege of my watch. I expected to pay far more for my repair than I was charged. My watch is like brand new again.
