Fantastic work and excellent customer service They did a great job fixing my Rolex. I damaged the crown and could not turn it to adjust. i brought it in and it was ready in under two days. It looked brand new. I even had to check the serial numbers to make sure it was the same watch. Highly recommended!

This place is for real! I tried looking up on-line where to get my rolex fixed. I ran across several local reviews for Gilian's. I took my watch to them and 450 bucks seemed like a good deal to me, so I left it with them to get it working again. I went back a week later and I couldn't believe it was the same watch. I found myself talking with these guys for about an hour, they are friendly and funny. Thanks for your service, and I will be back.

Rolex service that rocks! My husband and I got our Rolexes about five years ago from Devon's. Last year my husband's watch stem failed and he sent it in for service through Devon's--six weeks later and just over $600. service later, it was still running fast. I googled "rolex repair sacramento", read the review and told him to go to Gilian's. They were fantastic! Immediately determined it was magnetized and they demagnetized it right on the spot! Gilian's Watch & Jewelry Bought a Rolex off craigslist and had Mr. Gilian check it out for authenticity before I paid the seller. He did this for free. He even adjusted the band. I'll be back!

I will always be a customer now..... I took my Rolex watch (only 5 years old) to a "chain store" specialing in Rolex Repair. I was told it would cost $650.00 to repair. I was also told that it needed to be cleaned, and several parts were necessary to make it work again. They would not tell me what parts were needed unless I paid them $75.00. I went a few blocks down the street to Gilian's Watch & Jewelry Service. Great Service After several attempts to repair my Rolex in the Sacramento area, Gilian's is where I should have gone in the first place. Not only do they stock original parts, my watch runs better than the day I bought it. I feel really at ease with Mr. Gilians knowelege of my watch. I expected to pay far more for my repair than I was charged. My watch is like brand new again.

Gilian is your watch man What can I say but total satisfaction. Having been a Rolex owner for the past 30 years. Rolex service (RSC) fee has gone from $125+ to $1100 for my submariner watch. I've used different so called watch makers around town to service mine, my wife's and daughters' watches in the past. Either they screwed up with the polishing or marks on the case backs as the results of not using correct Rolex tools, etc ... Worst, one even stole a link out of my TT ss/18K Rolex submariner. A+ Service; bring your Rolex here! I received upon my father's passing, his 35 years old Rolex. It was his "daily wearer" all those years, and looked it. It gained about 30 seconds a day, so it needed a tune up.
