Gilians Drove from Reno to have a Rolex/Tudor watch repaired. They are the BEST. Lots of knowledge ,honest and fast. Ordered parts from Rolex and had the watch done the next day. WOW!!! LW

DON'T TAKE YOUR WATCH HERE! I went to this place after readiing all the great reviews online. I figured if they have many Rolex owner's making happy reviews they could handle fixing my vintage Seiko. Boy was I wrong. I dropped my watch off on a Weds. and was told they would try and fix it that day or the following day. I called the next day and was told it wasn't even looked at yet and they would call when they were done checking it out. The lady was very rude that I checked in on the watch BTW. OMG! These people are FANTASTIC I thought that service was completely a thing of the past. Not where I just took my $12,000 Rolex to be repaired. Mr. Gilian, the owner was fantastic. My watch is running again perfectly, and looks like the day I bought it. His price was very resonable and he took less than a week to get it done.

great place I don't know what shop the last two reviewers went to, Gilian's was very polite and professional, very helpful. Would highly recommend. Came in for an appraisal, they were very knowledgeable, did not charge me.

A+ Service; bring your Rolex here! I received upon my father's passing, his 35 years old Rolex. It was his "daily wearer" all those years, and looked it. It gained about 30 seconds a day, so it needed a tune up. "Official" Rolex repair center in Dallas, TX refused to service the watch, even though it was running, because "discoloration on the dial indicates water damage". 5 star Customer Service The owner of this watch sales and repair facility showed complete knowledge of my 50 plus year old Rolex datejust. I entered the store and showed him my watch and described the symtoms of why the watch was not operational. Mr. Gilian dove into my watch, told me why it was not working and corrected it for me. I would take any piece to them After a local jeweler broke my antique watch face, I took it into Gilians for repair. They were professioanl an confident. I would take any antique into this establishment. The fees were reaonable and the service was done exactly as they said it would be.

Gilian is your watch man What can I say but total satisfaction. Having been a Rolex owner for the past 30 years. Rolex service (RSC) fee has gone from $125+ to $1100 for my submariner watch. I've used different so called watch makers around town to service mine, my wife's and daughters' watches in the past. Either they screwed up with the polishing or marks on the case backs as the results of not using correct Rolex tools, etc ... Worst, one even stole a link out of my TT ss/18K Rolex submariner. True Customer Service I went in to Gillian's because my late Grandfather's watch wasn't working and I needed it re-sized. He told me I needed to wear it and it would keep time (automatic watch) and took out the bands to resize it. When I asked how much I owed he said not to worry about it. I'd go back in a second for anything else watch related!
