I.bought this 07 Xterra for my 16 yr old daughter and the rear end went out in less than 72 hrs and no one will return a call. i am not wealthy and I struggle to get by and now I am out 3000.00 plus a rear end. I do not recommend these folks to sell you a car. I am utterly disappointed, disgustief and broke. My trust in folks is lessing everyday, people?
If you sell a vehicle through them, make sure that you get the selling price that you want for it in writing. We lost almost $2,000.00 on a vehicle that we sold through them. No contract, the salesman just asked us what we wanted for it, and foolishly we trusted him to keep that price. Later he tried to tell us that we said the much lower price that he sold it for, which we hadn’t. We had no way of knowing what the buyer paid and what we received. Times were tough and I needed a car, being in "the business" for a bit I have some knowledge of selling cars, whether it be a $4,000 or $40,000 automobile.
