It was nice and clean hopefully the doctors know what’s going on! If they don’t we’re going to have problems!
The staff here are great! They are always very fast and detailed, if you do have to wait its only because there is someone there that happens to be very ill. This is my number one choice facility and actually pass two other just to go here.
I am very impressed with the quality of medical care I received on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 while I was being cared for in the Emergency Room. From the moment I arrived and checked into the hospital, I was treated with compassion and received excellence in medical attention by the fine nurses, physician's assistants and two ER physicians. I stayed weeks at Gilbert Hospital. Thanks to a great staff, especially Andy & Aaron I got through it. Andy & Aaron became more than staff during my stay, I felt like they were my friends helping me through a very tough time. I can't thank them enough.
I got back within 10 minutes and saw the doctor. Xrays done within 15 minutes but it took over a hour for anyone to come back into the room. I never saw the doctor again, the nurse just came back and said nothing broken your discharged and to get a mri in two weeks if the swelling or pain isnt gone. It would of been nice to review my issues with the doctor, now I know why they are so fast, they dont give you the time of day, shuffle you in shuffle you out.
