Polenta was fantastic! Really impressed with the farming.
Amazing atmosphere and absolutely the best food around. And this well known Springfield landmark grows their own produce.
Went to Gilardis with my co-workers while staying in Springfield for training. We had a limited budget and almost walked out. James told us that he would work with us and personally serve us. Food, we all agreed, was the best we have ever had. I have a gluten allergy and James took care of that no problem. Would recommend this to anyone, anytime. Best experience!

My husband took me to Gilardis for dinner tonight for my birthday. This was our second trip there in 3 months, and again the dinner and service were both excellent! Our food was delicious and expertly prepared. We never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed our leisurely evening. This is definitely our new favorite place! Thanks!
