Arrogant, obnoxious, rude, disrespectful, and has major anger issues. Has slammed the door and stormed out when asked a question?? Really needs to get over himself....
Didn’t return phone calls. Not helpful or sympathetic to our situation. Unwilling to help
Very pleased with my first visit. He suggested Rytary and Azilect (Rasagiline) which I hadn't heard of from other Parkinson's neurologists. Told me a lot about alternative medication regimes. Very comprehensive physical tests. Said to talk to my wife before making any medication changes, which is first time I've heard that.
This doctor does not have a good manner with patients. He's insulting and seems to love to hear himself talk. He may know a lot about medicine, but not how to treat people. I hope that I never see him again.
Dr. Gil is awesome. he listened very attentive and was very thorough on his interview and physical exam . He is friendly and able to establish an excellent rapport with patients right away. he is knowledgeable and was able to clarify my questions patiently. He was not in a hurry as most doctors are and took a long time trying to find the cause of my symptoms. I'm very pleased about his service. I live far away from him but I will continue seeing him.
He is extremely knowledgeable about Parkinsons. After trying 10 other neurologists, only he was able to help.
Dr. Gil is amazing. He takes the time to really talk to and listen to what the patient has to say. I have been to many doctors and all they care about is not spending more than 15 minutes in the exam room. Dr. Gil spent just over 1 hour with me, asking questions and conducting tests. I will recommend him to anyone requiring the services of a neurologist.
A pompous doctor who likes to hear himself talk much more than hear his patients. His bedside manners are non existent and flares into rage by leaving the patient and never coming back to his room if you question anything. It happened to us twice, once by leaving the room and making the sign of the cross and another when I wanted assurance that my husband's medication was not going to run out as it did in the past for him not following the correct procedures with the manufacturer. Incompetent!
This review is about the front desk staff who were far less than helpful resulting in my not seeing the doctor
