HIGHLY unsatisfied. Had a custom made cake for my son's birthday and it was not what I expected. A co-worker recommended them. Her cake was a good $100 and it was absolutely GORGEOUS. Mine was slightly higher. Not much of a difference, but the outcome was NOT as pretty. Despite the fact hers was a 2 layer cake with buttercream and mine a one layer covered in fondant there definitely was a difference on appearance. Gigi's made a beautiful and delicious birthday cake for my twins' "Minnie mouse" birthday party! We were so happy with the cake - it was completely perfect. Emily took a lot of time to talk with me to figure out exactly what I wanted and clearly took care when creating the cake. The cake was so moist & flavorful. Really outstanding!! I will definitely buy my next cake from y'all!

The Athens, GA GiGi's location is nothing compared to the ones in Norcross and Columbus, GA. The girls there are completely rude, and cared nothing more but to be on their phones. I also couldn't believe how stale the cupcakes were, both times I visited this location, very disappointing.
It's pretty sad that people have to give you guys one star because they cant take responsibility for their actions for parking somewhere they shouldnt. No you guys aren't getting a kick put of it! It's your parking lot and everywhere downtown has their own parking rules. People are ridiculous. And they use the fact that its "church" they are goong to to make you guys sound awful. Its sad of them. I love your cupcakes and I like to get them for parties! Keep it up!
