I love gigi's cupcakes of Athens ga!! they are amazing, and friendly people! they do amazing work and have great tasting cupcakes, cakes and more!! I highly recommend this place!!

Great as always... but I’m still so upset that the Kennesaw location closed.. now the closes location is 2 &1/2 hours away
Good cake. But for so much frosting, I’d suggest to decrease the sweetness, rather accenting flavours.
This is the 4th year they have made my sons birthday cake. My sons Batman cake was amazing! So moist and delicious! Emily is always a pleasure to work with! She dose amazing work! We will continue to use them every year!! Gigi’s is the best!!!!
Worst service ever! Sam, the girl behind the counter was rude to our whole party. The cupcakes were dry and tasted old. It may have been later in the evening, but that’s not a reason to not keep the place clean and tidy. So sad that this business is going down hill so fast, not to mention the lack of customer service. Looking at all the other reviews now, shows that I’m not the only one who has experience such bad customer service. Maybe the corporate office should be contacted to let them be aware of how they are conducting... read more
