I wanted a crochet installation, cut into a bob. I paid 125$ for a lopsided cut that wasn't shaped, but chopped and mutilated, and then endlessly patted into place. The actual hair pieces weren't knotted correctly and were falling out.... The two women that tried to do my hair were hospitable, but lacked patients, professionalism, seemed tired and rushed the whole process. I will continue to go to Gifted Hands. I am so glad I was referred cause I was really not into the natural hair. I am so happy and it was a warm welcome I felt like I was at home and we have been knowing each other forever
