Your hospital is really showing its incompetence my girlfriend Joan has been waiting three weeks for Pap smear results. She is in constant pain and has no idea whether she is committed to a death sentence or not. Your hospital completely dropped the ball and is allowing her to suffer. Both mentally and physically.
Recommendedl had given birth to my four daughters at the birthing center and they are all wonderful there.
I was in an ATV accident on April 19, 2020.. and everyone from the ER to Orthopedics, Dr’s, Nurses, xray, CT, MRI, registration, Ambulatory/Surgical care all were fantastic in my care.. I ended up needing surgery on my clavicle and the care I received was excellent!!!! Thank You so much to Everyone... Meredith Manning
Employees at the organization need to learn a little respect and customer service. Especially those who are patient facing. One employee in particular, MP, in patient accounts needs to learn more about her job. How dare you tell someone flat out that they are committing fraud without even wanting to listen to the reason why what was done is not fraudulent per the Vermont state healthcare system. Clean hospital, friendly staff. Did a gender reveal ultrasound today, the tech was great. The gel was even heated! Impressed! 🙂 Edit: I had my son (firstborn) at Giffords Birthing Center 2/5/20, the midwives and staff there are incredible! If need be, they’re very hands on and helpful- Blessed to have such an amazing group of women welcome my baby into the world with.
rude receptionist named tasha they call you put you on hold for ten minutes then hangup on you when you try to tell them you cant do mornings and that you have health issues you have to see your dr for that you dont want to keep going to express care when you have a dr i literally heard the phone click in my ear that's not professional hanging up on patients I was nothing but nice to her told her that cant do mornings has to be afternoon and Monday not wednesday being more than flexible is a drs office supposed to give you m... read more
I go to Gifford medical center in Berlin and they suck I can't get an appt with a Dr there when I have pneumonia and my oxygen is dropping the receptionists are rude and won't let you make an appt when you really need to be seen they keep trying to pawn you off to er which sucks also a Dr told me themselves they hate there service someone should do something about this before they get sued big time the receptionists shouldnt be receptionists if they don't want to deal with the patients worse service ever I wish I didn't swit... read more
