Unfortunately our HOA picked this company to perform repairs. They consistently missed appointments which shows a lack of concern for a clients time. The job site was never left clean, and no protection was installed when sanding the drywall. Areas of the drywall not even sanded, large chunks of mud left on wall and paint on existing tiles. Hi! I had a sewer backup in my townhouse unit. There is a separate room that has the main sewer for all 4 units in my building. I don’t know how long the sewer was backed up for, I only discovered it because my basement wall started leaking. The plumbers said the clog was due to trying to flush wipes. I had a very large mirror on my bathroom wall that needed to be removed because of a leak behind the wall. I anticipated a huge mess of broken glass. Javier and James did an amazing job of removing the mirror. No broken glass. They were pleasant and efficient! Thank you Giertsen Co. And James and Javier!
Came out for an inspection and promised to call me back with a quote. Never heard back from them. They're not interested in helping you unless you use your homeowners insurance so they can charge you a high rate. Ended up going with someone else.
These men don't play around. They were fast, efficient and professional. The job was probably small by their industry standards but they paid attention to detail, listened to my concerns and went about their business putting my place back together after a rather unpleasant affair that involved raw sewage. Kevin & Nathaniel were first class representatives of this company and I appreciate all of their hard work.
