Ben and his crew did a fabulous job with my air conditioner installation. Jody is fabulous and always available to assist the customer. In my opinion, it’s one of the few companies that actually value their customers. Thank you!!!
RecommendedI am so happy to have been referred to Giddens. They just repaired a blower on our HVAC. They were reasonable, prompt, thorough and honest. I highly recommend working with them. When my ten year old unit dies someday, I will definitely call them for replacement, but I appreciate that they were honest and did not try to upsell me an unnecessary replacement like another company did. These folks are above board!
Giddens is without a doubt the beat service in town. Always professional and truly cares about their customers.
This is a good company that stands behind its product. Ben outfitted our 80-year-old home with a wonderful HVAC, and Randy helped teach me how to care for it. Our Trane system came with a special air filter that has created a refuge for my wife, who suffers from a variety of allergies. We also appreciate the WIFI thermostat, especially when we’re headed back from a trip. Give them a call.
