As a tenant they charge me ****** from my deposit for things which shouldn't happen they charge me $50.00 for light bulb which thats how it was when we rented.they also charged to replaced A/C filter but showed a picture of the A/C grill .they never give me the chance to fight there decisions after I receive this check on the 8th of May. Gibson group helped me find a apartment quick. My friend referred me to them as I was moving from WPB to Ft Lauderdale and didn't know the area well. They made it super easy and found me a perfect place! They even put nice new blinds in the apartment, looked great!!!
They found me and my boyfriend a great apartment and below what we were expecting to pay in the area we were looking!!! We were very happy with them! Move in was easy too, Great Job Gibson!
