The nurses and techs on the 7th floor are great!
Extraordinarily patient and caring nurses and techs in SICU and ISICU. The cafeteria doesn't open early enough for morning coffee, but there is a free machine in the 8th floor family waiting room.
How can you not have a room waiting for a patient who just had spinal surgery? Making someone wait on a stretcher in the hall is unacceptable!!
Registration bites the big one, cafeteria is off the chain, and the nurses have bent over backwards to make my stay more comfortable.
Registration supv is NOT considerate compassionate, friendly or accommodating. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE or Exceptional PATIENT CARE...
Once you're in your own room, the care could be better. They waited for over 2 hours to give me my meds on 3 different occasions
