Every phone call to the pharmacy has been disappointing. The staff consistently have an attitude, interrupt customers while they’re talking, and don’t even offer simple courtesies like “thank you” or “have a good day.” It feels like customers are treated as an inconvenience rather than people. I expect much better customer service from a pharmacy
Eduted 2026-04-15 Long line...but two windows open! Giving you back another star. Expect a significant wait. While I have not had problems with accuracy, billing or customer service (3 stars for that) there is always a long line. With the closure of Rite Aid pharmacy and the notable up-tick in business at this site, management has not expanded Rx Techs to meet demand. The facility has two pick-up windows and only ever runs one.
I love this pharmacy. The staff are very professional and friendly and go above and beyond to help you when you need it.
